Keysoe International Ltd is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy).

We have an appointed Data Protection Officer who is in charge of privacy related matters for us. If you have any questions about this privacy notice, please contact the Data Protection Officer using the details set out below.

We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your registration process. As part of the registration process in order to use the full Keysoe.TV services you need to provide us with the following personal information:

·         Name and Full Postal Address

·         Email Address

·         Phone Number

·         Billing information, including credit card data, PayPal and/or Google Checkout information

You may elect not to provide any of the above information, but you will then not be able to use certain features of Keysoe.TV.

All data is stored in servers owned by the video on demand service provider uScreen, hosted in the United States. Please visit their website and Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not collect any sensitive data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

If you are under the age of 16 you cannot register with Keysoe.TV.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 18 and wish to register with Keysoe.TV, you must first obtain permission from a parent/guardian and you must use our site under their supervision at all times. You will need a parent/guardian to pay for you if you want to make any purchases.

We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent only where this is required as permitted by law.

When you register to use Keysoe.TV services or purchase any products from one of our vendors, your email address will automatically be listed in our automated mailing list. You will receive welcome information, account information, and you may receive marketing related information related to relevant Keysoe.TV services, products and offers. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, titles and other related information for Keysoe.TV services. You may choose to opt out of receiving emails from Keysoe.TV but if you choose to do so, you will not receive technical support requests, account updates and notifications, product updates, security updates or updates to the Terms of Services of Keysoe.TV. At any time if you forget your account information, you may log back onto the Keysoe.TV website and click forgot login on the login area screen. A password reset link will be emailed to you with further steps to reset your account information.

If you access Keysoe.TV through a third-party connection or log-in (e.g., through a social network like Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter), you may allow us to have access to and store certain information from your social network profile. This can include your name, gender, profile picture, your “likes” and check- ins, and your list of friends, depending on your settings on such services. If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not use a social networking connection to access the site. We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Keysoe.TV website and services, including cookies, IP Addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data. Keysoe.TV uses this information, only to improve the quality of our services and products. If you choose to decline cookies via your browser, you may have some limitations in using our services.

The use of Keysoe.TV will include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

Countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) do not always offer the same levels of protection to your personal data, so European law has prohibited transfers of personal data outside of the EEA unless the transfer meets certain criteria.

Some of our third parties service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

We will keep your data for up to 30 days after your account is deleted. After the 30 days all your data is fully removed from our system.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. These include the right to:

We will need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our products and services, or advances in technology.
